Shipping & Returns
At Comet Culture we try our hardest to ensure everyone who shops with us is completely satisfied with our products and service.

We aim to ship all orders as soon as possible, and strive to have all orders delivered to you within 15 days. If for any reason you are not happy with our delivery service, please contact our Customer Service Team.
Don’t Stress – if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or have simply changed your mind, Comet Culture are happy to exchange your item(s) for a different size/colour/style, or issue a voucher/refund on receipt.
Change of mind returns are subject to the following conditions:
- Sale items, promotional gifts, product bundles and multi-pack discounts are ineligible for return
- Items must be returned within 90 days from the date of receipt
- Items must be in original sale condition- unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused, and in its original packaging (if possible)
When trying on items, ensure that you are not wearing perfume/ aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item.
We may be unable to accept the return of any item that has been scented, stained or washed.
- Customers are responsible for any incurred shipping cost of Change of Mind returns.
Comet Culture recommends customers send returns using a delivery service that insures for the value of the goods, and includes a tracking reference.
- Refunds will be remitted to the original form of payment, otherwise, an exchange or store credit will be issued.
- Refunds will not include the cost of shipping.
